Revolutionary Guitar Invention

Friends! I was given something last night which I believe to be revolutionary in the guitar world. The inventor found me on YouTube and wanted to see what I could do with it. Respectfully, he came to see me perform last night and introduced himself- demonstrated this tool, and opened up a new world of possibilities! This mechanism is called the Engle: basically a drum stick for guitar :)

The Engle bounces off the strings creating a bright lively sound as I would in slap harmonics or slap bass- only, more volume and clarity plus a completely different tone. I've been exploring drum roll techniques on chords, percussive melodies, and more! With the attack coming from above the string it is a very unique sound- kind of like a hammered dulcimer, but different :)

This product will be launching at the NAMM show in January and they have asked me to showcase for them. I am absolutely honored to be at the beginning of something amazing!
